We’re currently:
— Mining the FEST archives
— Turning your H2 feedback into FWB’s next form
— Plotting fall gatherings, workshops, and other reasons to go offline
— Slowly returning to our regularly scheduled internet programming
More soon. For now: tonight in SF ↓
Our friends at TIAT + Luma (s/o FWB member Prince Boucher!) are hosting Creative Intelligent Machines Continuum which returns tonight with a hands-on Maker Night exploring characters and performance. Luma’s senior creative team will show how AI image and video generation fits into an actual creative process—where the tools open new possibilities, and where your own craft and taste still do the heavy lifting.
Bring a project, a half-formed idea, or just curiosity. You’ll make alongside other designers, filmmakers, directors, editors, and visual artists, with Luma’s technical artists there to help when you get stuck. Work created during the series can also be submitted for the September 17 exhibition.
Tonight, September 1 · Doors at 6 PM · TIAT, San Francisco | RSVP
