A New Proposal
Okay, friends: the H2 2026 proposal is live for discussion in Discord. It is part budget, part roadmap, and part open-ended question for all members. FWB delivered events, World Build 3, new partnerships, and a rebuilt FEST while spending 20% under budget. We made less progress on consistent editorial, member infrastructure, and paid membership.
Here is where we particularly need your input:
Is a broader cultural and creative-technology network the right center of gravity for the next version of FWB? Should crypto play any role in that future, and if so, what?
If we designed FWB membership from scratch for 2026, what would it look like? Who should it be for, what should it mean and unlock, and what parts of the existing model should we leave behind?
One possibility raised during the town hall: should FWB become a member-powered “hive mind agency” that assembles members into paid creative, strategic, and technical teams?
How can FWB better resource members to turn exciting ideas into things that actually happen? What combination of funding, collaborators, production support, mentorship, distribution, or operational help would allow teams to form and execute? What would you personally help lead or build?
Share and discuss the proposal with other members + then comment publicly in the proposals channel by August 14 so others can build on your ideas and . Voting runs August 15–19.

What happens when you bring 18 ambitious founders into one room for a whole week? Ideas move fast; new ones are created.
In May, the World Build 3 founders came together in Seoul for a week of building, shipping new features, improving product flows and collaborating with the Tools for Humanity team. Throughout the week, they validated ideas for new products and features, pivoted in new directions and worked collectively to move their products forward.
From AI agents that create businesses from scratch to tools for civic change, the builders found new ways to use World ID to make an impact. Founders explored ideas for products with a human-first audience and used new features such as the AgentKit to allow humans and agents to work effectively together.
The week concluded at Hashed’s HQ, where 13 teams showcased what they had built and shared what comes next for their products. A big thanks to everyone for making it happen; the vibes were high.
If you’re interested in building with World ID and want to know more, then DM @worldbuildlabs or email for more info.
