Feedback framed an opportunity for FWB to humanize emerging technology and serve as a more culturally literate touchpoint for crypto, AI, and whatever comes next.

The bottleneck is execution capacity, not ideas. Several comments emphasized the need for clearer leadership roles and better infrastructure to identify, onboard, resource, and coordinate people who want to lead work. That could include funding, team formation, production and operational support, and modestly compensated editorial or program stewardship.

There is interest in more concrete member collaboration. Ideas included collective building through shared tools and repositories, member-assembled creative and technical teams, and a possible “hive mind agency.” Members also proposed repeatable local gathering formats, including house-based pop-ups that combine building, talks, screenings, art, music, meals, and informal social time.

Membership value should be tangible without becoming purely transactional. Feedback emphasized the quality of the people, opportunities to spend time and make things together, and more “this happened because I was in FWB” outcomes. A recurring paid model would need clear value, while local programming must also account for members outside major cities.

Several structural questions remain open. Members asked how FWB could finance H1 2027, what long-term role the token and existing governance structure should play, and how leadership, member participation, and decentralization should relate in a future model.
